You may filter the data presented within a dashboard using five different filter options:
- Filter by classification
- Filter by date
- Filter by period
- Filter by property type
- Filter by geo division
To access the filters, click on Filters on the top right of the dashboard.

The filter status box displays all the filters you have applied. You will see that the following filters have been selected by default: the previous month, new mortgage registrations, all peer groups, all property types and TA.

Filter by classification
After clicking on the Filters button, click on the Classification drop down menu and select an option from the list. You may view the definitions for each classification by referring to the glossary. To access the glossary, click on the three lines icon next to the Filters button.

Filter by date
Click on the Date field and select a date from the date picker panel. The date you select will determine the report's end period reference.

Filter by period
Click on the Period drop down menu and select between MONTH, QUARTER and YEAR. The dashboard will update once you have selected a period. The data displayed reflects the date you have selected in the Date filter. For example, If you have selected 31/03/2022 in the Date filter and QUARTER in the Period filter, the dashboard will include data for the quarter ending 31/03/2022.

Filter by property type
Select a property type if you want to track your performance on a specific property type. By default, the property type is set to All. The property types available are All, House, Apartment, Lifestyle and Others.

Filter by geo division
By default, the geo division is set to TA (Territorial Authority). Click on the Geo Division drop down menu and select Region, TA or Suburb.

Changing the geo division will update the map format on the dashboard.
