As an account administrator, you will have access to manage the users associated with your account. You will be able to invite users to your account, remove existing users, and assign administrator and titles access to specific users.
Note: You will need administrator access to complete the steps outlined in this article.
Log in to your account, click on your user profile icon and select Manage Users.
Image 1: Click on ‘Manage users'.
On the Manage Users tab, click on the plus (+) icon to add users.

Enter one or more email addresses and click on Send Invites when you're done. Press Enter or add a comma after each email address to complete your entry.

Completing this step doesn't mean that you have successfully added the user to your account just yet. An invitation will be sent to them via email, and the user has to accept the invitation to your account and complete the process themselves.
Managing and removing users
You may assign users with administrator access by ticking the Admin User checkbox. Tick the Titles checkbox to give the user access to search and order Title Documents.
To remove a user from your account, click on Remove. Doing this doesn't delete the user's account. It only removes the user from being associated with your agency. It is recommended to remove users when they no longer work at your agency or no longer require access to RP Data.

To find a user quickly, search for users by typing their name, username or email address in the search field.
You may also sort users by clicking on the following table headers: Name, Username, Email and Last Login. Note that the Last Login date only reflects the last time the user logged in on Property Guru on the desktop/web. It doesn't capture the user's last login on the Property Guru Mobile app.
You can change the number of rows displayed by using the drop down menu at the bottom of the page, and click through the pages to view all your users using the back < and next >arrows.
