Access to the Property Guru Mobile app is included in your Property Guru or RPNZ/New Property Guru subscription. If you are able to login on the desktop version of Property Guru or RPNZ/New Property Guru, you should be able to login with the same username and password on the Property Guru Mobile app.
If you are unable to log in on the desktop version, these scenarios and actions may apply to you:
Your access has been removed by your company administrator
|Ask your company administrator to check whether you have the appropriate user access|
Your subscription has been temporarily suspended due to non-payment
|Ask your company accounts team whether payment has been made|
Your company has cancelled the subscription to Property Guru or RPNZ/New Property Guru
|Check with the account holder about the status of your company’s subscription|
If you are unable to log in only on the Property Guru Mobile app, these scenarios and actions may apply to you:
|You're trying to log in using your old Property Guru username and password||The New Property Guru no longer accepts old Property Guru login credentials. Please ask your account administrator to invite you to the New Property Guru, or complete this form to request access for your agency.|
|Incorrect username||Check and ensure that all characters are lowercase. Mobile phones usually capitalise the first letter by default|
|Incorrect password||Check and ensure that you have entered your password correctly. Reset your password if you’ve forgotten your password|
|Initial account setup has failed to include access to Property Guru Mobile||
