Why did I receive a reminder invoice but not the original invoice?

The invoice that you will receive depends on whether you are the nominated Accounts Contact or Account Holder.

• the Accounts Contact receives both the original invoice and the reminder invoice.
• the Account Holder receives the reminder invoice when payment has not been received by the due date.
