Creating a watchlist for valuations allows you to track the status of a client’s in-flight property valuation from the Property Guru Mobile app; if the valuation is ordered through Cotality’s Valuation Exchange Property Hub platform. You will be able to monitor the valuation request from the moment it is lodged right up to the moment when the valuer submits a completed valuation report.
Tap on Lists on the bottom navigation menu and select Valuations. Next, tap on Add Valuation and enter the details required. You must enter the Borrower's Surname and Valuation Reference number to proceed. The ASIC ID is optional. Tap on Add Valuation to proceed to the next step.
If you have entered the details correctly, the valuation’s progress will appear on-screen.

Tap on a valuation to view a timeline of the progress and information such as:

Tap on the cog icon on the top right of the screen to view and change the notification settings. You may choose to be notified when a valuation is completed or delayed.
