You may generate a range of single property reports and suburb reports on the Property Guru Mobile app.
The single property reports available are:
- Signature Sales CMA
- Property report
- One-page PDF
You may also select multiple properties from a search results page to create a Property List Report, Rental Comparison Report, Sales History Report, and On the Market Report.
To access these reports, ensure that you select and apply the appropriate filters on your search results:
- select Recent Sale to generate a Sales History Report
- select For Sale to generate a On the Market Report
- select For Rent to generate a Rental Comparison Report
- select All to generate a Property List Report

The following reports are not available within the Property Guru Mobile app. You may run these reports from the old version of Property Guru:
- Market Compare report
- Suburb Statistics report
