The file size of RPNZ reports can vary, depending on how much data a report includes.
How data affects the file size
Each report displays a maximum of 4–6 properties each page, depending on how much information is displayed in the property panel. Different types of reports can also include different data fields.
If a report includes many properties, the file size may become too large to manage. For example, a report containing 400 properties would be 67 pages long (assuming 6 properties per page), plus a cover page and a disclaimer page.
Managing image sizes
The image files included in the report, such as agent photos, property photos and company logos, can also impact the report’s overall file size.
Agent headshots photos, which are only displayed on the cover page, must be no larger than 5MB. The company logo that appears across the top of every page must be no larger than 2MB. However, we recommend using photos and logos no larger than 250kb.
The easiest way to reduce the file size of your report may be to compress the agent photo and logo images. There's a range of free online tools available to help you do this: do an online search for 'compressing images' to find one.
Once you’ve compressed your images, upload them again to RPNZ and republish the report. This should reduce the overall file size.
