In RPNZ, you can submit a request directly to the CoreLogic Data Integrity team to change or update a data point.
When you submit a request, you’ll receive an email receipt. You’ll then receive an email confirmation when the data has been updated and the request is closed.
Property Details page
On a Property Details page, click the Update Data link. This will open the Edit Property Data pop-up window, which shows fields for the number of bedrooms, the number of bathrooms and additional details. Treat the additional details field as if you are writing an email to our data integrity team, let them know about any data on the property page that may require updating.
Type the updated information into the relevant field and click Save to submit your change request.

Signature CMA report
You can also submit change requests when building a Signature CMA report. Click Data Update on the right of the Property Details panel. This opens a pop-window, where you can update the attributes or upload additional images of the target property.
After making your changes, ensure the Update CoreLogic checkbox is ticked. Click Save & Close.
