When you produce a Property List, Sales History, On The Market or Market Compare report in RPNZ, the property address details will appear when you view the report in the Check Preview tab.

But if the address details disappear when you click Generate PDF to produce the report, you may need to ask your account administrator to update your company’s brand colours that are stored in RPNZ.

The issue may be that your company’s brand colours are set to white header text and a white background. Because they’re the same colour, the text won’t be visible.
If your administrator changes the header text to another colour, then the property address details will be visible when you generate the report.
